WHAT IS A FRAN OPS ADMIN Our awesome client, a leading mortgage company based in Australia is looking for a Fran OPs Admin to be part of their mortgage team. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of lender accreditation forms for new brokers Completing broker applications via online portals as and when required Data entry of broker codes Chasing outstanding accreditations for existing brokers Perform other Fran Ops tasks as and when required WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Communication - very strong English language skills (written & verbal) Customer service experience and focus Experience in Australian mortgage processes and credit Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, calendar, google drive, PDF tools etc. Strong IT competency to learn use of new systems Ability to follow complex loan structures and processes Ability to identify and suggest improvements in processes Attention to detail
