Lancome Fragrances are known for luxurious service, innovative products, and for the people behind them. The Sr. Beauty Advisor - Fragrance Expertise will assist the store team in creating a memorable service experience for the client.
Objective:
Represents the brand at store by sharing skills & knowledge, with focus with a focus on perfumery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behavior (including product demonstration.)
2. Connect with clients and determine their needs and inspire them with expertise on fragrance trends / product.
3. Empower the client by teaching them how to use the product
4. Attract new customers & achieve sales objectives by engaging clients in Fragrance
5. Display exceptional, client-centric selling skills with a drive for results with integrity.
6. Attend training seminars and/or digital learning modules
Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year experience as Sales Representative in Fashion / Beauty Retail industry.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends and/or holidays (dependent on business staffing needs.)
