Job Description
Our PH Financial Analyst/Global FP&A sits on the Global FP&A team serving as a business partner to leadership. The Financial Analyst will also assist in the preparation and analysis of management reporting including budget, financial statement projections, customer profitability, 5 year planning as well as ad hoc support in planning and executing strategic initiatives of the business.
THIS POSITION CAN BE IN OFFICE IN BAGUIO CITY PHILIPPINES OR WORK AT HOME IN THE BAGUIO AREA.
For work at home it is required to have high speed home internet service (fiber preferred), a backup MiFi device, and uninterrupted power supply, laptop with a separate webcam, windows 10 and minimum of 8 GB of memory. You must also have a quiet, dedicated home office workspace, not located in a shared public space in your home.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is required
Five or more years of experience in similar Financial Analyst roles.
Extremely fluent English skills in all forms of communication= verbal, nonverbal, written & visual
Critical thinking capabilities; detail-oriented
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Strong business acumen and thirst for learning
Able to sort thru ambiguities while still delivering quality results
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses based on review of monthly financial results against budget, forecast, and prior year.
Build and own customer profitability modeling process
Educate and consult with operational leadership regarding financial performance and metrics, translating results into meaningful, actionable information.
Contribute to reporting and analysis packages.
Assist with development of the annual operating and strategic plans.
Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial and operational reports.
Assist with the coordination and analysis of the global and regional forecasts on a periodic basis.
Complete all standard and ad hoc financial analyses.
