Responsibilities
Perform daily inspection of the vehicle, accomplish vehicle condition checklist and report any irregularity to the Warehouse Supervisor/ Team Leader
Load, unload, or transfer cargoes to/from racking and the loading bay and ensure proper utilization of forklift's capacity against the weight of cargoes
Properly file, update and safe keep all pertinent documents/records of the company
Provide complete and timely documents/reports required by concerned departments
Perform other task/s as required

Qualifications
Graduate of any 2 years vocational course
At least 1-year of experience in handling MHE equipment such as Ridge Truck and Counterbalance
NC-II TESDA License in Forklift is required
