Responsibilities:
 
As a Forensic Accounting Data Entry Specialist, you will be investigating and analyzing financial evidence given by the client, which may include but is not limited to:
Personal and company income tax returns (generally two years per file)
Personal and business bank accounts (generally, 12 months of bank statements, with a focus primarily on deposits into the bank accounts)
Profit and loss statements (generally, two years per file)
BAS returns (generally, 4 BAS returns, very minor data entry)
Invoices (generally, past 12 months), reconciled to bank statement deposits
Monthly ride-share & delivery driver statements (Uber, Didi, Ola, etc., generally for the past 12 months)
Payslips (generally, the past 12 months), reconciled to bank statement deposits
Backoffice tasks as may be assigned by the client from time to time
Requirements:
Must have completed at least two (2) years of college education, preferably in Accounting
Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant accounting experience
Data entry/backoffice experience is preferred but not required
Prior experience in an Australian backoffice account is an advantage
High level of written English communication and comprehension skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work with computers and different software packages
Ability to enter in large amounts of data into systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
Exceptional attention to detail
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable working with numbers
Willing to work full time
Willing to work on-site
Willing to start ASAP
Work Schedule: Day Shift + Weekends Off
