JOB POSITION: FOREMAN (CEBU)
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1-2 years of work experience
Experience with Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, Door Access Control, Wifi, CCTV installations, and Basic Construction.
Computer literate
With good English communication skills
Vocational Graduate.
With Driver's License
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee works on client Structured Cabling sites to install Door Access Control, CCTV, Wi-Fi and network equipment.   
Oversee installation of conduits and cable trays 
Oversee the running, termination, testing and tagging of Ethernet and fiber optic cables 
Coordinate with the Project Manager the daily tasks according to priorities and plans 
Allocate general and daily responsibilities 
Supervise and train workers and tradespeople. 
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate 
Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are being followed at all sites at all times. 
Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery and equipment including PPE 
Develop and oversee quality standards. 
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within the budget. 
Resolve problems when they arise. 
Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on site quickly and amicably. 
Report on progress to managers 
Basic construction works. 
Other tasks related to above consistent with his expertise and level of knowledge.
