To be successful as a foreman you must have excellent leadership skills and experience with project management. A good foreman can delegate tasks to workers to ensure that deadlines are met and safety standards are adhered to.
the Foreman is responsible for scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Chemical); Engineering(Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or similar fields.
Experience in a supervisory or related role. Proven leadership skills.
Ability to drive projects to fruition on time and within budget.
