Job Description
Oversee daily operations of the P&M team, coordinating work assignments and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and project.
Lead and mentor a team of P&M of pipefitters and welders, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.
Collaborate with the P&M Supervisor and other department leaders to plan, execute, and monitor P&M projects, ensuring compliance with established specifications and deadlines.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures within the P&M team, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
Inspect P&M materials, products, equipment and systems regularly to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.
Support the P&M Supervisor in performance management, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations for team members.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure that P&M systems are operating at peak performance. Foreman must be able and willing to work as pipefitter if required in special cases
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
With at least 3 years in leading position as foeman or supervisor in industrial oil and gas, pharmacy and other similar projects in foreign countries,
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuos improvement in all aspects of work.
Be familiar with isometric and similar piping and instrumentation drawings.
Be familiar with Non-Destructive (NDT) weld examinations: Visual examination (VT), Radiographic (RT), Ultrasonic (UT), Pentration (PT), Magnetic particle, Positive Material Identification (PMI)
International Driving Licenses.
Fluent English language (speaking, reading and writing), Russian language is a plus.
