Job Description
Lead workers (Hands on) on site to complete task given by site coordinator/supervisors.
Ensuring clean working site and daily housekeeping.
Respond to urgent request from Site Coordinator/Supervisors to troubleshoot facilities maintenance issues.
Raise Materials Request to Site Coordinator/Supervisors to ensure work can be completed on time.
Ensuring work gets completed within expected timeline.
Participate in work planning discussions.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Monitoring performances of team members and communicating with Upper Management on training recommendations to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Estimating work duration, tracking, and communicating progress.
Assisting Site Coordinators/Supervisors to scope the work and identify materials required in terms of quality and quantity.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Accountable, empathetic, and courageous.
Confidence and proficient negotiating skills.
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
