Job Description:
Plan and oversee daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly budget needs for Shopee PH businesses
Analyze the trends of KPIs against targets, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
Liaise with regional strategy team, local management team and other relevant stakeholders for monthly
and quarterly budget submissions
Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis relating to their P&L
Ad-hoc business performance reporting
Requirements:
Holds a bachelor's degree with excellent academic record
Holds a professional certification/license (CPA, CMA, etc)
Minimum 2 years' experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management or similar role
Passionate towards learning about the e-commerce industry
Strong grasp on numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills
Creative and innovative approach in solving problems
Positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work well independently and across various teams
Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Flexible to work long hours on occasion
