Foodlab Technician in Clark Pampanga 35k
 
 
Responsible for casing application trials in the Foodlab and in-charge of day-to-day operation of the area.
 
 
-Food Science, Food technology or any food related course graduate
-Work experience 2 to 3 years in food manufacturing industry or packaging industry;
-Supervisory experience is a plus but not necessary
-Must be willing to travel
 
 
-Operates all machineries related to meat processing during the trial.
-Maintains the cleanliness and good conditions of the equipment and the Foodlab area.
-Demonstrate to internal and external customers the step-by-step operation of each machine.
-Ensures that materials and equipment needed to run a trial are available at all times.
-Ensures that all raw materials are kept in correct storage and wastes generated during each trial are disposed every day.f
-Conducts quality control evaluation of Operation samples related to casing application.
-Conducts casing application tests for new products.
-Assists the Tech Service Representative in conducting evaluation of casings with customer complaint.
-Responsible to report any problems, violations, non-conformance and risk of product safety to the Food Safety Team Leader or Department head/supervisor/team leader in terms for Food Safety System Implementation.
