Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
Experience in the related field in a food manufacturing firm
Understanding of quality management systems, food standards, laws and regulations, inspection procedures
Excellent leadership and time management skills
Excellent reporting and monitoring skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn new things, highly motivated
Monitoring skills and ability to make decisions, coordinate and direct clearly with all cross functional team
Computer literate, organized and systematic
Can work with less supervision
Can handle pressure and conflict
Good team player
