FOOD TECHNOLOGIST / OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Competency Requirements:
Preferably BS Food Technology graduate or any Food Science related course or field
Experience working in a food processing operations in a supervisory/managerial capacity is a plus.
With training certificate on GMP, HAACP, Jalal is an advantage
Strong organizational and leadership skills and has the ability to motivate and lead in a positive and effective manner
Result oriented and has good research skills in food process operations.
Analytical and critical thinker
Must have good communication skills, both oral and written
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Scope:
Ensures smooth and efficient operations of food processing business such as product development, production and marketing
Ensures standard practices are established, documented, implemented and improved continuously.
In charge of the day to day operations and applies scientific principles to the development, production and evaluation of food ensuring food safety, quality, nutrition and compliance with regulations.
The work involves food properties, improving taste and cost creating innovative food items and overseeing production, processes and packaging.
