FOOD QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate in BS Food Technology, BS Industrial Technology major in Food Technology or related course.
Preferably with training and experience in quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Preferably with experience in meat processing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the interpretation and implementation of quality assurance procedures and standards;
Assist in the evaluation of adequacy of quality assurance standards;
Conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality; and
Responsible for document management systems.
