Lake Macquarie Mfg Ventures, Inc. operates a modern state-of-the-art factory in Brgy Nangka, Consolacion Cebu, producing frozen meat products such as: hotdog, longganisa, luncheon meat, etc.
 
Job Description
Supervision of production workers and production process
Monitor and ensure the performance of the production area and production workers
Maintain efficiency, cleanliness, safety and order on the production floor
Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development, and wellbeing of all workers
Ensure that the quality of the product and service within the factory is maintained at the highest possible standards
Ensure all factory equipment and facilities are used and maintained according to appropriate conditions
Strictly enforce factory operating rules and regulations
Ensure the factory's day-to-day goals are successfully achieved
Qualifications:
Must have a degree in any of: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience preferably in a Food Manufacturing environment, but not limited to
Well-versed in HACCP, GMP, GHP practices
Practical knowledge on all aspects of the frozen meat production process
Strong team leadership skills and good general problem-solving
Must have the motivation to work extra hours when necessary
Should be reliable, respectful, trustworthy, and hardworking
Must be willing to work in Consolacion, Cebu
