Job Specification:
Observe proper cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas at all times
Prepare ingredients to be used in cooking the store's food offerings
Meet daily target or required production of food offerings and ensure products will meet the
establishment's standards on food safety and quality
Responsible for the proper storage of food items
Monitor stocks and advise on replenishment
Check all products - actual stocks should tally with recorded ending inventory
Responsible for reporting and recording spoiled/substandard wastages
Attend training and product presentations as advised by the management
Other tasks as assigned
