Job Description
 
Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, implementing, and coordinating activities pertaining to costing and purchasing of food & beverage items. Responsible for purchasing and receiving F&B items, invoice posting, inventory, and make sure cost are under control in particular to Food & Beverage Department.
Qualifications
Must have a firm grasp of accounting & marketing as well as food & beverage sanitation.
Strong communication & hospitality skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and motivate other employees.
Leadership skills.
Must have a good hygiene practice; healthy & energetic.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course.
At least 1 year relevant hotel experience
