Job Description:
 
Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, implementing, and coordinating activities of the food & beverage service section. Assists HR in the recruitment, training and management of staff, acquisition of services and inventory, providing excellent customer service to the guests.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess excellent communications skills and excellent customer service skills.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and motivate other employees.
Has the knowledge and capacity in leadership.
Has an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course.
At least 2 years relevant hotel experience, at least one year in a supervisory capacity
Personal Qualities:
Must be neat, tidy and smartly dressed at all times
Must be honest, trustworthy, organized and punctual at all times
Must have a passionate approach to customer service
Polite, courteous and able to communicate well with guests and co-workers
Able to work effectively and efficiently without supervision
Guest oriented and service minded
A strong work ethics
A good and positive service attitude and manners
Willingness to learn, work hard and lead
Able to work well in a team
A good memory to recall faces, names and preferences of frequent patrons
Attention to detail
Must have good physical health because you spend most of your working hours on your feet
Manual dexterity required to serve guests
Should be able to function calmly in situations where stress is extremely high
An ability to follow through and complete all tasks
Flexible on hours
