Job Description • Plan, recruit, schedule, manage, train and develop the team members
Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all the team members
Oversee the inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant
equipment.
Mediate as necessary when there are customer's complaints or concern that need
immediate solutions.
Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times
Monitor food service to ensure efficient service during events
Coordinates regularly with the General Manager for any changes/improvements in the
store.
Conducts PEP talks, meeting to subordinates & ensure communication meetings are
conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
Coordinates with other departments of the company to provide necessary reports
Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and
procedures
Comply with mall security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Adhere to food, health and safety standards
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Job Qualifications • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage
Services Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Managers specializing in
Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Able to lead a group, motivating staff to achieve operational goals.
Familiar with food service regulations
Customer oriented approach. Good organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication, Team-player, interpersonal and leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Compensation 18,000
Compensation Range ₱15,000 - ₱20,000
