Is currently looking for:
Food And Beverage Server, who has;
Solid experience as an F&B Server with a minimum of 3 years in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of guest relations with the ability to deliver warm, professional, and personalized service.
Familiar with food and beverage service standards, menu offerings, and basic food safety practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive guest interactions.
Proven ability to take, process, and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
Skilled in upselling and suggestive selling techniques to boost guest satisfaction and meet sales goals.
Experience in handling POS systems, billing, and cash/credit transactions.
Creative in function and event preparations, with the ability to contribute ideas that enhance presentations, service flow, and guest experiences is a PLUS.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in coffee preparation, including espresso, brewed coffee & specialty drinks.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude under pressure.
Flexible to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to be cross trained in other Hotel Departments.
