Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving kaizen implementation across the site improving key factory metrics on: OEE, Waste, Productivity, Cost
Supports in development of AM kaizens focusing on sources of contamination, cleaning time reduction. As well as PM kaizens focusing on prolonging component life.
Supports day-to-day factory operations in investigation of OEE losses, Safety, Quality and PM Emergency Work Order (EWO/incident investigation)
Conducts Non Value Adding Activities (NVAA) analysis to help reduce NVAA across site.
Leads Tine and Motion study required for productivity studies.
Operates new digital tools on-site for to measure and gather data via 3D printer, digital scopes, high-speed cameras, vibration meters, real time dashboards.
Supports waste stream mapping and implements Focused Improvement projects for waste reduction.
Qualifications:
Graduate of engineering related course (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical, etc.)
With 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing/production
Open for fresh graduates
PowerBI and Power App knowledge is a plus
Must be willing to work in General Trias, Cavite
