Job Title: Flutter Engineers (open to WFH & Hybrid - w/ HMO on Day 1!)

WORK ARRANGEMENT:
Full Remote - candidates must have their own equipment & stable internet connection.
Cebu-based - candidates are required to report to the office twice a week, every Wednesday & Thursday
Shift - flexible time in from 8 - 10 AM. All candidates are required to work 8 hours per day from Monday - Friday.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework for both iOS and Android platforms.
Design and implement user interfaces, ensuring high-quality and intuitive user experiences.
Integrate mobile applications with backend services, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues within the application to maintain its stability and performance.
Optimize application code for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Work collaboratively with other team members using version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage the codebase and ensure smooth collaboration.
Implement platform-specific features and functionalities by leveraging Flutter's capabilities and native platform APIs.
Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns to ensure consistency, readability, and maintainability of the codebase.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
At least 4+ years of proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter for Senior level and at least 2+ years relevant experience for Mid-level
In-depth knowledge of the Flutter framework, including Dart programming language, Flutter widgets, and state management.
Ability to develop mobile applications that run seamlessly on iOS and Android platforms using Flutter, ensuring consistency and performance across different devices.
Familiarity with third-party libraries, APIs, and WebSocket integration.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
