Job Description
Address guests' service needs promptly and professionally, actively listening to and resolving their concerns using established processes.
Inspect cleaned guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards, and coordinate with staff to manage daily housekeeping operations effectively.
Assign tasks to staff, ensure timely completion, provide training on company values and job responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, particularly in guest relations or housekeeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
