Floor Plan Layout Artist needed to start ASAP| Weekends offSmartsourcing

Our client, is looking for an outstanding full-time Real Estate Floor Plan Artist to join their Cebu team.
 
The ideal candidate must be able to deliver high-quality floor plan products from sketches and digital files, as well as proven experience with Adobe programs

What you'll be doing
Produce and deliver a variety of floor plans from provided sketches into Adobe Illustrator format
Convert/translate CAD files and construction drawings into final floor plans in Adobe Illustrator
Preparation of final files, file organisation, and file archiving
Quality control
What should you bring to the table?
Minimum 2 year experience within a busy real estate floor plans team environment or similar design studio
Experience with CAD is a plus but not required. We're looking for someone who can work with Adobe Illustrator
Extensive knowledge of Illustrator and pre-press processes
An outstanding eye for detail and consistency in editing high volumes of work
Ability to follow various strict client-specific guidelines and requirements as well as quality checking final products to ensure accuracy
An expertise in architectural drafting and an interest in architecture is a plus
You are highly organised with a proven ability to perform under high-pressure situations
You MUST provide relevant portfolio work with your application.
