What you will be doing:
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Draft vector-based floorplans from hand-drawn or architectural floorplan sketches.
To check the quality and consistency of the drafted floorplans.
Produce and deliver a variety of floor plans from provided sketches into Adobe illustrator format
Convert/translate CAD files and Construction drawings into final floor plans in Adobe Illustrator software.
Preparation of Final Files, File Organization, and File Archiving
Quality Control in Floor plans
Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches his or her vision
At least 2 years of experience in a related role
Experience in drafting Floor plan designs
Advanced Adobe Illustrator Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
Ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements
