FLIGHT SEARCHER
Salary range: P20,000-P25,000
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities of a Flight Searcher include, but not limited to:
Responsible for assisting the travel sales consultants with flight options using GDS tools (World span, Sabre, Amadeus), and online travel booking systems
Constant and on-time communication with clients and team members via email, Skype, and/or SMS.
Coordinates with Go Fly First's consolidators for price match
Responsible for creating ticket invoices in coordination with the sales agents
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must have previous experience as a flight searcher
Must be knowledgeable in flight routings
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer service-oriented and adaptable to different types of personalities
Highly motivated and target-driven
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Strong background in sales, customer service, flight search, and booking, and travel basics
Knowledge of MS Office, GDS (World span, Sabre, Amadeus), and online travel booking systems
