Job Description
LCD/LED TV repair (parts/board repair, LCD panel repair, unit repair)
Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information:
Candidates should have a minimum 3-5 years work experience in repairing LCD/LED TV's and Home theatre Audio Systems
Candidates with previous work experience in Samsung is preferred
Should have good communication skills and problem-solving ability
