Prepares list of assets in preparation for the physical count, property appraisal and uploading to Oracle Fixed Asset Module
In-charge of the physical count, which includes, at a minimum:
a. Conducts planning and preparation for the count
b. Coordination with the concerned departments
c. Ensure smooth flow of the physical count
d. Ensure proper reconciliation of record after the count
Uploading of fixed asset list to Oracle Fixed Asset module
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Has experience in handling fixed assets
With basic excel knowledge
Must keen to details
With good coordination skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Binan,Laguna
