Job Description
Proficient in operation and maintenance of a variety of CNC machines, including DN Solutions Puma 3100LY 4 axis horizontal lathe, DN Solutions DNM 6700 4 axis vertical machine centre equipped with newest model Fanuc Controllers, Renishaw probs
Proficient in programming in CAM software. Preferably GIBBS CAM
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Experience in machining small and large parts to tight tolerances
Experience in fitting, alignment, and assembly of mechanical parts and systems.
Experience within a Jobbing shop one off large products and production work
Experience in MIG(GMAW) Welding
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Has experience in Manual and CNC Lathe and Milling Machines
