Need to be knowledgeable about the different types of fish and seafood available, as well as the best methods for preparing and cooking them.
Must also be able to properly store the fish to keep it fresh
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
