A fish farm manager is responsible for rearing and breeding of fish for wholesale and retail purposes. Fish farm managers are allocated with the duties of supervising and managing the operations that go on in a fish farm. They oversee the day to day running of the fish farm and ensure there are smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing existing operations, staff, and financial documents and recommending improvements.
Preparing plans and schedules for the farm and ensuring staff understands expectations.
Scheduling repairs, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and machinery.
Handling the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm
Ensuring all staff adheres to health and safety regulations.
Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
Collaborating with senior staff to prepare budgets and financial reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, or equivalent.
