FINISHING SPRAYMAN (FURNITURE MANUFACTURING)
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
We are looking for a skilled Finishing Sprayman to apply high-quality finishes to furniture pieces. The role involves surface preparation, mixing and spraying finishes, and ensuring smooth, consistent results that meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in furniture finishing, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare furniture surfaces for finishing through sanding, cleaning, and masking
Mix, match, and apply stains, paints, and clear coats using spray equipment
Ensure smooth, consistent, and high-quality finishes on all furniture pieces
Maintain spray tools, equipment, and finishing area in safe working condition
Follow safety procedures and quality standards throughout the finishing process
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a finishing sprayman or furniture finisher
Knowledge of wood finishing processes, stains, paints, and clear coats
Skilled in using spray guns and related finishing equipment
Strong attention to detail with an eye for smooth, consistent finishes
Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of PPE
Ability to follow work instructions, color samples, and quality standards
Physically fit and able to work in a production or workshop environment
