Job Description
Supervise finishing work (painting, drywall, flooring) on construction projects. Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. Lead teams and coordinate resources to meet project deadlines.
Manage finishing trades on-site, ensuring high-quality standards for drywall, painting, and flooring. Oversee team performance and maintain safety protocols to complete projects on schedule.
Lead finishing crew to complete final construction tasks, including painting, drywall, and flooring. Ensure projects are finished on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
