To successfully push forward in this challenging business, we are looking for a competent Finishing / Color Technician to strengthen our Finishing section. 
 
Job Description:
 
As Finishing / Color Technician your responsibilities are:
Apply hand-painted finishes, including detailing and touch-up work, on various products.
Prepare production items for spray application and various other paint finishes.
Match production items with approved samples.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks with the defined quality.
Develop new color finishing processes and improve existing processes.
Document detailed color finishing information of every step of the surfaces being developed.
Read, understand, and follow manufacturing instructions and company guidelines.
Follow instructions from superiors. 
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Check material availability in the warehouse.
Ensure minimal waste during the finishing process by using materials efficiently.
Comply with all company health and safety standards and regulations.
Be flexible with work hours and willing to work overtime when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Strong attention to detail, quality, and a keen eye for color matching.
Experience in hand detailing and color matching applications.
Experience in mixing and matching paint to achieve specific shades and tones.
Experience in using different tools and equipment for paint applications, such as spray guns, and brushes.
Experience in maintaining and cleaning paint equipment.
Knowledge of the properties of different paints and finishes, including their application processes and drying times.
Able to accurately follow and document manufacturing processes
Team player
Sense of urgency and willingness to work overtime
2 years' of previous work in a similar role within the manufacturing, automotive, or furniture industry is preferred.
Working knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is beneficial.
