Leads the presentation and planning of 2 territory's ( Central Vis. & Eastern Vis ) weekly supply and demand in SSOP coordination meeting
Ensures serviceability level to branded segments and food service accounts based on management direction by defining basic & further processing operations' daily production schedule and product mix for the week based on sales requirement, prioritization, allocation policy and actual inventory in line with management direction to maximize customer serviceability and attain target inventory level.
Prepares and analyzes the following weekly and monthly reports for management use. These serve as
Weekly Supply & ALW Report based on Live Operations' Forecast and actual
Service Level for Poultry & Meats (VAP, NPD, Branded & Institutional Segments)
ALW Adherence Report
Basic & Further Recovery
Poultry & Meats (Pork & Beef) IMR
