FINANCIAL REPORTING SPECIALIST
Job Description
Prepare accurate monthly reporting package, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow.
Prepare the balance sheet account reconciliation.
Record transactions in accurate and timely manner and in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with accounting team to perform financial analysis and consolidated financial reporting.
Act as point of contact of auditors and regulators.
Implement and maintain accounting process and procedures to comply with the company internal control.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis required by the management and regulators.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance related course
Must be a CPA, CMA or CFA
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, manufacturing, Real Estate and other services business
Proficient in Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Xero and other acctg systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent in written and verbal communication
