Description
PURPOSE
The position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing detailed schedules and reports of assigned accounts, with the objective of ensuring the completeness and accuracy of these schedules, the appropriate recording and recognition of these schedules in the company's books, in accordance with the current financial reporting standards and interpretations, and the timely submission of these schedules and reports to both internal and external users.
QUALIFICATIONS
>With Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
>With CPA license
>With at least 1 year of experience in relevant fields
>Exposure to audit is an advantage
>Proficient and has a good understanding of accounting standards, applicable rules, and regulations
>Demonstrated the ability to understand business context and processes to identify risks
>Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
>With good verbal and written communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
>Monthly billings of customers
>Reconciliation of revenue and accounts receivable
>Weekly bank reconciliation
>Clearing of bank and book transactions
>Follow-up treasury and accounts payable team for unbooked/uncleared transactions
>Monthly sweeping of cash balances to tie-up to bank balance
