Responsible for analysis of BP2 and Actual. Monitors standard cost per unit of TM and against actual cost. Prepares Monthly Management reports. Responsible in assisting marketing in the customer required reports and product pricing. Maintaining Fixed Assets module in SAP B1 and prepare the status reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares Variance Analysis comparing BP2 vs Actual
2. Prepares Monthly Departmental Expense and present to the executives and managers.
3. Inputting expenses / fixed assets / inventory cost to CSone Package (monthly).
4. Consolidate Departmental Expenses for Cost Follow Forecast / Business Plan.
5. Prepares analysis of Department Expenses comparing it with the approves budget.
6. Inputting CSONE Package for all Business Plan reporting.
7. Prepares yearly standard cost for component parts.
8. Prepares depreciation and lapsing schedule of Fixed Assets.
9. Monitors CWO and book capitalization to Fixed Assets.
10. Prepares cost study of new product model.
11. Assists in coordinating the requirement of customers as part of the Marketing Duties.
12. Assists in the preparation of Product Pricing.
13. Performs other duties as signed.
Requirements:
1. Graduate of BS Accountancy
2. Two (2) years experience in general accounting or financial planning job.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Application or other related software.
