Spiralyze is a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) company headquartered in the United States with clients from major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, American Express, TechSmith, VWO, and many more. We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.
We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Officer to join our high-growth US-based technology company.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining Books (knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus)
Payroll: Monthly payroll and adjustments.
Invoicing: Invoicing clients and tracking payments.
Forecast: Forecast monthly revenues and expenses. Estimate hiring needs. Proficiency in Excel in making forecast reports.
Analysis: Present monthly analysis to the leadership team. Identify areas for optimization. Generate unit cost economics.
Qualifications:
Curiosity and proactiveness in looking for new opportunities to add value to the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Proven experience as an accountant is a plus.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
