Description
 This role will be a key contributor to the Corporate Comptrollership team responsible for executing the company's financial planning and metric-based performance reporting with a heavy focus on forecasting and analysis to drive visibility into the company's revenue, expenses and functional operations, and so with the organization's financial condition and cash flow generation.
 This position is responsible for the preparation, consolidation and initial review of the business's 3-year mid-term plan, annual budget and periodic forecasts in coordination with Area Finance ensuring submission thereof in accordance with established deadlines.
 The role begins with gaining knowledge of the business from a reporting perspective and acquiring a deep understanding of the functions that drive results. With such knowledge of the company's operations, incumbent will progress into a role that will provide direct functional insight and become a key business partner to critical functions or business units.
 Coordinates, receives, and consolidates inputs from the functional areas (i.e. Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, and other support functions, and from Area Finance, that are critical to the development of the company's 3-year mid-term plan, annual budget and rolling forecasts and latest estimates ensuring submission in accordance with prescribed timelines.
 Performs financial analyses and is responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that provide management accurate financial information to: (a) allow visibility of actual results against plan and (b) support decision making.
 Supports the Comptroller in partnering with key functions on various initiatives aimed at profitably growing the business and meeting strategic goals.
 Provides support in identifying operational drivers that impact results by analyzing data and converting it into meaningful KPI's and actionable business intelligence.
 Develops financial models to facilitate analyses and performs ad hoc tasks or projects as requested by management.
 Provides support in the area of internal controls implementation and compliance, process improvements, and initiatives implementation driving operational efficiency and margin optimization.
 Manages the financial planning and analysis, forecasting and planning models or tools, and provide support for continuous improvements in the area of forecasting process enhancement, creation, modification and maintenance of financial reports and dashboards to meet user needs.
EDUCATION
College graduate with a degree in Finance, major in Accounting or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 7 years combined accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting or external audit experience, variance analysis, budget development, and business partnering background.
Knowledge of internal controls and relevant business processes would be an advantage
LICENSE/S REQUIRED
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (preferred)
