Reporting PH Customer Care Strategy & Planning Lead Key tasks and responsibilities . Manage financial processes for Lazada Philippines Customer Care including financial planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Management Reporting & Analysis. . Build forecast models and handle day-to-day activities related to forecasting and planning. . Analyze the trends of key performance indicators related to financial metrics such as operational expense and CPO . Maintain the financial system and models for gathering and monitoring annual and quarterly budget and forecasts . Monitor functional spend and assist cost center owners with cost tracking, issue resolutions and variance analysis for budgets and forecasts . Develop suggestions on spending to optimize the resulting budget and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures . Maintain vendor and service provider relationships . Work closely with local and regional Finance/Accounting teams to support the month end close process . Ad-hoc reporting to local and/or regional upper management Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills . Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field . 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in Budget Planning and Analysis or similar experience in Finance . Rigorous analytical and quantitative skills including experience with financial modelling and analysis . Proficiency in data analysis and statistical forecasting. . Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel . Excellent mathematical aptitude. . Good problem-solving skills. . Excellent written and verbal communication. . Exceptional interpersonal skills. . Attention to detail.
