FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST
This position will support the ESBU team in building the monthly / quarterly reports, analysis of regional/product line margin trend report and controllable reports and administration of the EPM software.
He/She will be part of the Philippines FP&A Team and will be interfacing globally. He/She will support the Quarterly Forecast and Annual Plan process for Total Littelfuse and Business Unit P&L
About the Job:
Provide various reporting and analysis both to the business unit management: (1) Passives P&L reporting, (2) Product line Gross Profit report (3) Regional Customer Trend Report (4)Weekly Backlog Standard Margin Report (5) Monthly Revenue Update vs Forecast (6) Monthly Controllable Report vs Forecast
Provide timely analysis of financial performance with bridges showing key drivers on variances against target and communicate it to Passives business unit team.
Support all financial planning activities (annual budget, quarterly forecast, strat plan and monthly projections). Work closely with the Passives business team leaders and plant controllers in determining assumptions driving the plan and forecast financials
Work closely with EBU Ops Finance Team on preparation/consolidation of the following reports: (1) EBU consolidated inventory reporting (2) Commentary on Quarterly EBU cash flow (3) Consolidated EBU Total TCS (4) Consolidation of Quarterly E&O report
Help drive process improvement and automation in financial reporting
About You:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
At least 3 years of experience in accounting/finance function. Relevant experience in FP&A roles and/or costing and management reporting is advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels in the organization
Strong team working and relationship building skills
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong orientation for details.
Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision
Experience in using ERP systems is an advantage, BPC and/or SAP (FICO, BW) is a plus
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
