Position Title: Finance Officer
Classification: Associate
Salary Grade: 35000 - 45000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team

Background:
One of our pioneer accounts is looking for a high-level Finance Officer. You will collaborate directly with the owner of the company and their internal staff. Excellent English communication skills and heavy finance background will be necessary for this role.
As a finance officer, you will be required to operate in a number of different capacities. You will be assisting in the preparation of budgets and resolve financial disputes raised. The job also involves providing financial and administrative support to the client and stakeholders of the business.
Main Roles:
Check Emails
Create and post Driver's Report
Update Log Books (for daily report and inventory)
Update and send delivery count report and provide weekly total to Management
Check and update PO amount
Post mailed checks
Update QuickBooks with post adjustments from CPA and make sure Financial Reports are balanced
Calculate and manage payroll tasks
Do adjustments entry, create a report for Management's approval then post
Close the month's books
Provide Invoice, Payments, and AR report to Management
Print and send statements (Standard, PO, Autopay, Email)
Bad accounts management (Suspension and endorsement to collections)
Calculate and pay payroll taxes
File and Pay GRT
Prepare checks for Payables
Post ACH Payments
Bank Reconciliation
Monthly and Yearly Business Analysis, Financial, Bad Debt and KPI Report
File W2 and W3SS (Local and Federal)
Guam properties annual business license filing and monthly GRT calculation
Schedule:
Must be willing to work Australian Shift.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Accountancy
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
