FINANCIAL INTERNAL AUDITOR
 
Responsibilities:
Check and receive daily cash and check remittances.
Record remittance voucher in cash/check control book.
Double check correctness of remaining balances of cash and checks on hand.
Checks if account payable attachments like Purchase Order, Supplier's Invoice, Receiving Reports are completely attached to vouchers before check issuances.
Check Petty Cash Fund expenses incurred in a specific period for replenishment.
Check delivery expenses disbursement.
Performs internal audit for 4 branches (Cagayan, Las Piñas, Minglanilla, Liloan) as scheduled and make audit reports every after audit.
Checks payroll (bi-monthly and weekly).
Communicates with banks for any uncleared transactions.
Checks Mandaue Journal Book and make reconciliations on balances.
