Job Descriptions
In charge of providing primary assistance to clients from the loan application to loan take-out.
In charge of preparation and forwarding loan documents and requirements to PAG-IBIG Office
Act as coordinator with the PAG-IBIG and client.
In charge of coordinating with the financial institution and client.
In charge of preparation and sending loan documents which shall be submitted by the developer to the bank.
In charge to answer credit checking
In charge of the completion and submission of requirements for bank accreditation.
In charge of coordinating with the banks regarding the status of accreditation and service updates.
In charge of assisting bank appraiser during scheduled appraisal.
Monitor and be in charge of making sure that the lump sum amount is collected on time.
Prepared reports and updates on lumpsum collection from time to time.
Reconciliation of accounts: Lumpsum receivable per project
Prepares Special/Request Report (if any)
Job Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Business Related course
Bank Loans processing experience
Pag-ibig Loans processing experience
Knowledgeable with Quickbooks, Accounting Software
Familiar with Real Estate Sales & Collection Cycle
Familiar with accounts ageing and enforcement of lumpsum collection policy
Knowledgeable with MS Office
