Job Responsibilities:
Create commission statements
Compute commissions and maintain the database
Review and reconcile commission statements from various payers
Pay and receive commissions monthly
Create and resolve disputes
Ability to create and analyze ad-hoc reports using Google Spreadsheets or MS Excel
Develops and implements data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical
efficiency and quality
Communicate with manager(s) and respond to various ad hoc requests.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Statistics, or any Finance related course
At least one-year relevant experience in Accounting/ Finance
With hands-on experience with Spreadsheets/Excel
Proficient in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet
Proven ability to calculate and present data to manage financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive and can work independently and remotely
Well organized
Highly analytical and inclined for problem-solving
Strong English written and verbal skills
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
