FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
 
Job duties:
Performance of accounting cycle (including maintenance and controlling of finance business transactions of the company);
Bookkeeping services (recording of collections, expenses, monitoring of lapsing schedules);
Analysis and evaluation of accounting documentation, reports and data;
Cash sales receipts reconciliation (bank account, cash found, suppliers' invoices for payments);
Calculation and preparation of forms for submission to BIR, governmental filling, work with tax matter, tax compliance;
Analysis of expenses and sales;
Asset management;
Inventory and expenses control;
Arrangement of payments and monthly cash flow forecast;
Work with banks regarding cash management;
Reporting to / cooperation with group finance department and management team.
Requirements:
Industry-specific education (Degree in Accounting Or Finance & Economics) and at least 1 year of professional experience as financial controller or accountant;
To be a certified public accountant;
Knowledge of English;
Philippine citizenship;
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, accounting software and database);
high ability to manipulate large amount of data and to compile detailed reports;
Knowledge of standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations in finance and accounting fields.
Working conditions:
Work in the office in Cebu city;
5-day work week;
Full-time job
