About the Job
Reporting to the Business Planning Manager, the Financial Controller we seek will:
Do overall coordination of cost activities, investment and expenses
Lead and manage the annual, mid-term and long-term budget planning process of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly reports (Financial Performance and KPI's)
Operate the Consolidation Business Management system
Prepare and submit consolidated reports to Parent Company & Regional Headquarters
Collaborate with other business units for projects and cross organizational issues and problem resolution
Analyze Profit & Loss Variance (Plan vs. Actual)
Responsible for semi-annual process of Standard cost roll up
Basic qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
With at least 2 years' experience as a supervisor in the same capacity
Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Decision Making, Persuasion and Influencing skills
