Job description
Accounting lead for the Group and will also provide finance support and advice to the CFO.
The incumbent will also play a leading role obtaining assurance from the Group on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal controls and risk management.
I. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. CPA, with a strong preference for audit firm training. CMA will be an added advantage.
2. Work Experience. Deep IFRS reporting experience; Strong excel and ERP system experience, system implementation experience a plus;
3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaborate closely with team members; Communicate clearly w/ internal & external audiences; Proactive; keen on details and highly analytical; Ability to multitask and likes challenges.
Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
Education:

Experience:
constructions: 1 year (Preferred)
Finance Manager in the property developer: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
CPA (Preferred)
