Reporting to the Financial Controller, under the Office of the Controller, the successful candidate assists in the day to day activities of the FC that includes monitoring of compliances, reportorial requirements, and other administrative functions that may be assigned from time to time by the FC.
1. MONITORING COMPLIANCE
Ensure compliance of Accounting Manual, Disbursement Control Manual, Treasury, Credit and Collection Manual, Circular Orders, and other policies and procedures on Budgeting, Accounting, Taxation, and Collection
2. REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS
Assist the FC and closely coordinate with Financial Planning Department, Financial Accounting Department, and Treasury Department and Credit Collection Division to ensure compliance to the report requirements to facilitate consolidation and timely submission of management report requirements.
3. ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTION
Performs other functions as may be assigned by the FC.
4. SAFETY AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Ensures activities are in compliance with NGCP safety standards.
Requirements:
BS in Accountancy
Preferably Certified Public Accountant
3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, budgeting and auditing
Good inter/intra personal relationship
Proficient in written and oral communications
Computer Literate
